Employees of Quilter Cheviot Limited and Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning Limited may not enter the competition. Entrants in the competition are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Only fully completed entries will be eligible for the competition which will be drawn at random on 8 June 2024. Entries received after 23:59 on 1 June 2024 will not be entered into the competition. No purchase necessary. Quilter Cheviot Limited and Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning Limited may withdraw or cancel the prize draw at any time without notice or liability. Quilter Cheviot Limited and Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning Limited accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude liability of Quilter Cheviot Limited and Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning Limited for death, personal injury, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence or for any duties imposed by the Financial Conduct Authority or other regulator. The prize is non-exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The winner will be notified by email or phone after 8 June 2024.
