To ensure strict adherence to the principles of Shariah Law, we work with Yasaar, an independent global Shariah consultancy. Yasaar are responsible for the ongoing screening of Quilter Cheviot's recommended equity investments. They issue a Fatwa Certification (Shariah ruling) for each investment in order to generate an investable universe for the Shariah-Compliant Discretionary Portfolio Service.
Yasaar is led by CEO Majid Dawood, who is supported by a three person Shariah Supervisory Board.
