What attracted you to a career in wealth management?
My journey into wealth management began in 2005, working my way up the ranks in a large stock broking firm based initially in Liverpool and later Manchester. In 2017, I joined Quilter Cheviot, and now lead one of the investment teams in their Manchester office. Equipped with an honour's degree from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and recognised as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment, my passion lies in constructing and managing bespoke portfolios.
How do you look after clients?
Since 2019 I've led an investment team that manages discretionary and advisory portfolios, serving Private and Court of Protection clients, Trusts, and Charities. I collaborate with professional intermediaries in a client-facing role that involves constructing tailored portfolios to help clients achieve their objectives. My approach emphasises delivering a personal, well-informed service, providing peace of mind through continuous monitoring and assessment.
What are your interests outside of work?
Outside of work, I cherish family time and support Everton FC. I'm also a keen runner and occasional golfer.
