What attracted you to a career in investment management?
My journey began in 2006 when I joined Deutsche Bank. Over the years, I've gained valuable experience and enhance my skills, consistently outperforming benchmarks and growing assets under management. My passion for investment management was ignited by the opportunity to make strategic asset allocation decisions, managing diverse portfolios, including pension funds, charitable funds, and private client accounts. This path allowed me to cultivate client relationships, increase new business, and facilitate better-informed strategic decisions.
How do you approach your role on a daily basis?
My role revolves around understanding and meeting client’s financial goals. I provide a personalised approach, tailoring portfolios to align with each client's unique objectives. Regular client interaction, both written and in-person meetings, ensures we stay aligned with their evolving needs. This service extends to private clients, family trusts, charities, and corporate entities. My goal is to offer a bespoke, not one-size-fits-all, investment strategy, helping clients achieve their financial aspirations.
What are your interests outside of work?
In my leisure time, I'm an avid golfer. Golf is a great way for me to take a break from markets, recharge and connect with friends.
