Rhea Wright
Investment Manager BSc, Chartered FSCI
Jersey
What attracted you to a career in wealth management?
Prior to joining Quilter Cheviot in 2022 I had over a decade of experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth international clients.
I was first attracted to working in Wealth Management following graduation, being drawn by the balance of technical knowledge and client relationships.
In addition to specialising in Investment Management, my career has provided me with experience in corporate and executive pensions and employee incentive vehicles.
I am a Chartered Fellow of the CISI, holding the Private Client Investment Advice and Management Certificate (PCIAM), the Pensions Transfers and Planning Advice Certificate and the professional assessment in Sustainable and Responsible Investment.
How do you approach your role on a daily basis?
As an Investment Manager, I specialise in constructing and managing tailored investment portfolios for clients. I navigate the dynamic world of asset classes to achieve optimal growth versus risk for private clients, trusts, and institutions. I prioritise individualised service through frequent client contact, both written and in-person meetings.
I have a particular interest in the female private client market, leading on initiatives that ensure inclusivity and a personalised approach for Quilter Cheviot international clients.
What are your interests outside of work?
Beyond wealth management, I serve as President of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI) in Jersey and Co-Chair of Inspiring Girls (Jersey). I also sit on the Community Investment Panel for the Quilter Foundation.
In my spare time I enjoy being active - be this walking, cycling or Olympic weightlifting.
