My role involves ensuring that our service and procedures continue to give a good outcome for the client. I review what we do and work to make improvements where needed. I also help with ideas for new initiatives and services. I also oversees the arrangements that we have with SIPP and offshore bond providers and provide help and guidance to our investment managers on how to manage the investments within these structures. Pamela is a member of the Risk Forum, Client Outcomes Forum and Suitability Working Group.
Pamela has been an investment manager for more than 30 years and set up the Bristol office in 1998 and remained head of the office until 2016.

Pamela has a degree in Zoology, and is a fellow of the CISI. She was previously on the exam committee for one of the CISI diploma exams.
Pamela’s interests include gardening, walking and sailing. Pamela is a trustee of the Bristol Museums Development Trust which supports the Bristol City Museum and Art Gallery.
