What attracted you to a career in wealth management?

I began my career with MacIntyre Hudson Chartered Accountants, who had financial institution clients in the City of London, shortly after having completed a BSc Honours degree in Food Science and Economics at Oxford Polytechnic. I soon discovered that my interest was in financial markets. I was also able to able build personal relationships with clients which I believe is an essential aspect of wealth management. I bring over 30 years’ experience to the role and have the support of a well-resourced and experienced team. Together, we provide considered and coherent investment solutions for our clients. I am an Associate of the Society of Investment Professionals (ASIP) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (FCSI).

How do you work with / look after clients?

My main priority is to ensure a seamless, transparent, and trustworthy relationship with clients. I believe this to be the only way to thrive as an Investment Manager, while ensuring the highest possible client satisfaction. My clients know that their investment portfolios are taken care of with the highest qualitative standards, backed by extensive research and unique industry insights. I pride myself with the trust clients have in me to make the right financial decisions to meet their financial goals, and I strive to exceed their expectations whenever possible.

I have many years’ experience in the management of private client portfolios, company pension schemes, charities, SIPPs, offshore bonds, and trusts.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, apart from spending quality time with family and friends, I undertake a range of outdoor pursuits including golf and skiing and enjoy watching cricket and rugby union. I am a keen gardener and enjoy travelling.

The value of your investments and the income from them can fall and you may not recover what you invested.
