What attracted you to a career in wealth management?
With a career spanning over three decades, my journey into investment management began in 1990 at KBC Asset Management. Over the years I've garnered extensive experience, holding key roles such as Asset Manager for Asia Pacific /US Equities at KBC Asset Management, Business Development Manager at Guinness & Mahon, and Senior Portfolio Manager at Goodbody Stockbrokers. I believe that this experience, coupled with my qualifications, have equipped me to navigate the complexities of wealth management.
How do you look after clients?
My primary role at Quilter Cheviot over the last 14 years has been to construct and manage diversified investment portfolios for my clients, who are mainly private individuals, pension funds, companies, and charities. I construct each portfolio to align with clients’ individual circumstances and investment goals. Through regular communication I strive to stay attuned to my clients’ evolving objectives. This commitment to personalised service is fundamental to our approach, facilitating enduring client relationships.
What are your interests outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis and padel, spectating at rugby, occasional golf, and music and travel.
