As Head of the Middle Office, my main responsibility is to ensure consistency of process for core non-investment related client activities including client on boarding, initial client suitability, Asset transfers and Account closures. A key part of my role is to deliver improved client service during the touch points of the client journey.
Helen Jointed Quilter in 2019 having previously worked at Brooks Macdonald where she was Head of Investment Management Support for over ten years. In her previous role, she led a team of individuals who were responsible from a front office perspective for coordinating client on-boarding, account closures, transfers in/out, and Front Office MI.

Helen graduated from the University of Kent with a degree in Politics. She holds the Certificate in Financial Planning, IAQ and Prince2 Practitioner qualifications.
Outside of work Helen enjoys spending time with her two small children and attempting to keep fit at the gym. She is also a school governor.
