Caroline is the company's Chief Investment Officer and is responsible for the oversight and governance of the investment process and research offering, supported by a team of research professionals. She is a member of Quilter Cheviot's Executive Committee and chairs the Asset Allocation Committee.

Prior to joining Quilter Cheviot, Caroline was Chief Investment Officer of UBS Wealth Management UK, where she worked for a twenty-year period. She started her career as a fund specialist followed by roles including equity analyst, equity strategist and Deputy Head of the UK Investment Office.

She has significant experience as a client and market-facing spokesperson, having appeared in a wide range of broadcast and print media outlets.

Caroline has a BA (hons) in Geography from the University of Oxford and was awarded the CFA Charter in 2006.

Caroline has an interest in financial education, as well as health and wellbeing. She is the Treasurer for Foundation for Change a mental education and wellness charity.
