What attracted you to a career in wealth management?
I joined Quilter Cheviot in 2001, drawn to the opportunity to work closely with clients and help them achieve their financial goals. With over 28 years in the financial services industry, my previous experience at Gerrard and Tilney provided a strong foundation.
How do you approach your role on a daily basis?
As an investment manager, my primary role involves managing investments for discretionary clients, trusts, charities, and pension funds. I work closely with clients to understand their objectives, risk tolerance, and timeframes, crafting personalised investment strategies to help them achieve their long-term financial goals. I firmly believe in providing a high level of personal service, acknowledging that each client's situation is unique and necessitates a tailored approach.
What are your interests outside of work?
Beyond my professional commitments, I have a passion for photography which I often combine with exploring the outdoors through leisurely walks. Additionally, I enjoy live music and immersing myself in a good book.
