What attracted you to a career in wealth management?
After earning an Economics degree at Liverpool University, I embarked on my journey in financial services. I have found immense fulfilment in assisting individuals to make informed financial decisions. My career path has led me to specialise in providing tailored financial advice. Over the years, I've acquired the level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, and I am currently pursuing Chartered status. This profession has allowed me to combine my passion for finance with my dedication to helping people achieve their financial goals.
How do you approach your role on a daily basis?
I've been with Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning since March 2010, serving as the longest-standing member in the Leeds office. In my role, I focus on providing personalised financial advice, aiming to fully understand each client's investment objectives. Regular, transparent communication with clients and their advisors is essential in this process, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their financial decisions.
What are your interests outside of work?
Outside of the financial world, I'm an enthusiast for sports and outdoor activities. I enjoy playing football and swimming, staying active as much as possible. I also enjoy spending time with my young family, as I am the father of two sets of twins.
