What attracted you to a career in wealth management?
I believed that wealth management would provide me with the opportunity to help individuals and families achieve their desired lifestyles and goals, which has indeed been a real privilege and one that I thoroughly enjoy.
How do you approach your role on a daily basis?
Financial decisions can often be a daunting and complex subject, and through my role as a Financial Planner I take pride in helping my clients navigate this and gain confidence that they are making the right decisions now and into the future.
I believe that it is critical that people are intentional with planning for their future. I look to understand what is truly important to my clients, building a plan that is moulded around their personal circumstances and objectives. Creating a robust plan involves taking the time to discuss what the end goal is, as this enables us to implement the right strategy for positive outcomes. Inevitably, life will present challenges and changes; however, through regular communication, I ensure that clients’ plans remain on track to meet their long-term objectives.
What are your interests outside of work?
Having studied at the University of St Andrews, I became an avid golfer and enjoy not only playing at my own club, but also taking the opportunity to play elsewhere in the UK and abroad. I am a life-long Brighton and Hove Albion fan and play football regularly with friends. Alongside sport, I am a keen musician, with a strong interest in guitar and piano.
