Part of the Fund Research team, Melissa focuses on sustainable investment funds as well as evaluating our broad list of third party managers on how they are integrating environmental, social and governance issues within their investment process and company engagements, as well as their progress towards net zero commitments.

Before joining Quilter Cheviot in 2006, Melissa spent 5 years at Schroders, initially as a Fund Manager’s Assistant on the European Institutional desk and then as a research analyst on the multi-manager team. Melissa is a member of Quilter Cheviot’s Investment Funds Committee and chairs the Alternatives Committee.

Melissa graduated from the University of Bristol with an honours degree in Economics and Politics and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.

Melissa is passionate about sustainability and is particularly driven by climate change concerns.
