What attracted you to a career in wealth management?
I joined Quilter Cheviot 40 years ago, after graduating from Exeter University, where I gained an Honours degree whilst I have Fellowship from the Securities & Investment Institute.
How do you approach your role on a daily basis?
I head a Team of five Investment Managers and four support staff in the London office, who deliver a personal service for clients, backed by a strong investment ethos. I manage portfolios for individuals, Charities, family trusts, and personal pensions, both directly and through advisers and regular contact ensures that portfolios align with clients' evolving objectives and requirements.
What are your interests outside of work?
Outdoor pursuits, such as tennis, Padel, skiing, walking and fly fishing offer a refreshing balance and sense of perspective to the demands of my professional life and a way of staying active.
